Jadaun (Jay) Sweet is a Producer, Director, and Writer hailing from Chicago, IL. In 2012, Jadaun graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor's of Science from the School of Journalism and Graphic Communications. During his college days, Jadaun had the opportunity to work for Christopher "Play" Martin as a special reporter for BrandNewz.com. In addition to his work in front of the camera he also received the Courtney Simms Vision Award and the 1st place Collegiate Associated Press Award for his documentary, Burden of the Banner, which explores the lives of homeless veterans in North Florida.
Upon graduation Jadaun went to work as a Production Coordinator at ABC 27 WTXL in Tallahassee, FL. One year into his tenure with ABC 27 Jadaun's desire to produce his own content lead him to back to his former employer, Christopher "Play" Martin. Together they worked to produce Jadaun's first short film, Chain Music: The Movie.
In the fall of 2014 Chain Music: The Movie made its debut in Tallhassee, FL. Since the opening night Chain Music : The Movie has gone on to receive several awards from various film festivals across the country.
